We usually begin with a 3–6 month retainer (fixed fee). That gives us time to learn your business, prove our value, and start delivering meaningful wins. From there, we’ll structure a working model that reflects your evolving needs. You won’t be billed for layers of account managers or people “managing the work”—ownership is baked into how we operate. We show up where needed, when needed, and integrate with your team like a trusted extension. We value face-to-face interaction, and we take the time to learn your business inside and out—so we can think like insiders, not outsiders. Our team flexes around your priorities, not a rigid process.

What about the mula, dough, coin? pricing?

We don’t do cookie-cutter pricing—because we don’t do cookie-cutter work. Every proposal is scoped around the outcomes we’re aiming to drive: the impact, the effort, and the strategic weight behind it.

That usually starts as a fixed fee, a milestone-based project, or a retainer. As our work unfolds, we’ll recommend a model that evolves with your needs and maximizes ROI.
